An unannounced, on-site Code Compliance Inspection was conducted on October 23, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:45 pm and ended at 4:28 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 4 children present with 2 staff. The inspector reviewed children and staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
