Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, interviews, and a virtual tour of all playground areas.
A complaint inspection was initiated on 9/07/2021 and concluded on 9/23/2021. A complaint was received by the department regarding non-compliance in the areas of supervision and damaged fencing. The director was contacted by video conference on the phone to conduct the investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law.
