An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 1/29/2026 and completed on 1/29/2026 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on 1/16/2026 relating to an injury report. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s record and 2 staff records on-site on 1/29/2026. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
