Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted today between 11:30am and 1:00pm. There were 137 children present, with 25 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed eating lunch, playing on the playground and getting ready for nap. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. REPEAT VIOLATION
Based on review of staff records, one staff member at least every two years from the date of the last tuberculosis screening, did not obtain a new tuberculosis screening.
Evidence
The tuberculosis screening for staff #1 currently in their record expired 3/15/2023.
Plan of Correction: Staff will obtain their tuberculosis screening as soon as possible. We will review our records to ensure all screenings are completed before they expire.
