Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted today between 9:00am and 11:00am. There were 90 children present, with 35 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed during circle time, playing with table toys, building, and finishing breakfast.. A total of 8 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. The bathroom in the Exploration C classroom did not have toilet paper available to the children.

There were five (5) expired diaper creams in the bin under the diaper changing table in the Exploration C classroom.

Based on review of children's serious and minor injuries, not all required information is being documented.
