Plan of Correction: Teachers will document all injuries on an incident report and notify parents at pick up or by phone on the same day the injury occurs. We will continue to ensure that all injuries are properly documented and that parents are notified as required. Staff have been reminded of the center's policy regarding timely parent notification of injuries to maintain compliance.
