Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, documentation review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.

A renewal inspection was conducted on 8/17/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 10 children present, ranging in age from five-months to four-years-old, with the provider and one additional caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition. A total of two child records, the provider's record, one caregiver's record, and one household member's record were reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
