Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site Code compliance monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 3/5/25. The on-site inspection began at 12:30 pm and ended at 1:20 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were nine children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records on-site. This inspection included: document review ), tour of the facility, and interviews
