Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on 05/09/2024 and concluded on 05/09/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 05/07/2024 relating to allegations of special care provisions and emergencies and administration. The inspector reviewed one child record and three staff records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observation.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
