Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 6/5/2024 and the inspection concluded on 6/5/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:00 am and ended at 10:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 66 children present and 12 staff. The inspector reviewed four children's records and four staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the center failed to ensure that areas and equipment of the center, inside and outside, shall be maintained in a clean, safe and operable condition.

Evidence:
The toilet in the Toddler Room was clogged with a child's toy and contained dried feces.
Plan of Correction: The Director unclogged and cleaned the toilet during the inspection.
