Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 10/11/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 10/9/2024 relating to allegations of Administration and Special Care Provisions and Emergencies. The inspector reviewed one child's records and on-site. This inspection included documents review, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
