An investigation was initiated on 11/19/22 and concluded on 4/15/22 in regards to a complaint received by the department regarding allegations in the area of behavior guidance. An on-site inspection was conducted on 4/13/22 and interviews with staff were completed. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
