A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 1/18/23 from 10:25am until 1:30pm. There were 53 children present with 13 staff. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on record review and interview, the vendor did not ensure that all staff have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the age of children in care within 90 days of the date of employment.
