Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on January 6, 2026 and completed on February 6, 2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on November 21, 2025 relating to allegations of programs and special care provisions and emergencies. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
