Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 12:15 p.m. and ending at 2:45 p.m. with the center director. There were 89 children in care ages 3 months through 11 years old under the care and supervision of 14 staff. Infants were observed finishing lunch, sleeping and having play time. Toddlers were observed during nap. Two year olds were observed during transition to nap time. Preschoolers were observed during nap. School agers were observed preparing for a movie and popcorn.

Eight children's records, seven staff records and five medications and authorizations were reviewed. Staff training hours were reviewed. Emergency supplies including a battery operated radio and flashlight were available. Emergency drills were up to date.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
