Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on July 22, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 2:00 pm and ended at 2:45 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were four children present and one staff. The inspector reviewed four children?s records, one provider record and three household member records on-site.
