The children were observed playing with toys. There were no children on site with allergies or medications. 2 caregiver's records, 2 household member records and 2 children's records were reviewed. Emergency drill records were also reviewed.

Violations
3Evidence: The attendance records for 10/7/22 and 10/31/22 showed that at 8:45 am there were 11 children in care. The provider stated that one of the school age children leaves at approximately 8:35 am, and the time documented for both days was incorrect.
Evidence:
1. The sheets and the cots used for nap time were not labeled or assigned in any other way for each child.
2. The provider stated that the cots with the sheets were not specifically assigned to each child.
Evidence: The emergency drill log showed that an evacuation drill was not practiced for the month of October 2022.
