An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/21/24 from 2:40pm to 3:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 3 children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 10. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records, 1 caregiver's record and 4 household member's records. This inspection included:
? document review - attendance, emergency drill logs, authorization forms.
? observations - children napping and waking up from nap, diapering and free play with age appropriate toys.
