Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/30/25 from 10:35 am to 11:20 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 2 resident children and 1 daycare child present and 2 caregivers; the point total was 9. The inspector reviewed 2 children's record, 1 caregiver's records and 1 pet record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the family day home, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The provider shall obtain from each caregiver at the time of hire prior to coming into contact with children a current Report of Tuberculosis (TB) Screening.
Caregiver # 1's TB screening was obtained 2 months after the hire date.
Plan of Correction: TB screenings will be obtained before caregivers come into contact with the children.
