Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 10:38am-11:10am with the provider on site. There were 12 children (32 points) present with 2 caregivers. A sample of 2 children's files and 2 caregiver/household files were reviewed. The children were engaged in the following: playing with toys, participating in a group activity and singing. The site was clean, organized and contained an abundant supply of developmentally appropriate materials. Interactions between the children and caregivers were positive. The physical space, attendance records, drill record, first aid kit, radio, flashlight, and the Emergency Preparedness Plan were reviewed. There were no medications on site. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
