Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted 0n 5/30/2024 from 11:15am-1:30pm. The physical plant, 4 staff records, 5 children?s records, evacuation drills, injury reports, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging in imaginative play outside where they pretended to make a campfire and search for supplies. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.

1. The record for Child #2 did not contain documentation of the name address and telephone number of 1 of 2 individuals to contact in an emergency if the parents cannot be reached.
