Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 9:45 am-10:30 am. There were a total of 96 children with 16 supervising staff members present. Children were observed during circle time, diaper changing, handwashing, and group activities. A selection of staff and children records, medications and other documents were reviewed.
