Inspector Notes

An in person monitoring inspection was conducted today. All rooms were in ratio during the inspection.
Staff and child records, medications, emergency evacuation drills, first aid supplies, emergency supplies, cot spacing, handwashing, menu and allergy lists were all in compliance.
Children were observed washing hands, eating lunch, being bottle fed, during diapering, and enjoying free play activities.

Evidence:
Injury reports reviewed were missing documentation of any future action to prevent recurrence. The online form in use by the facility does not include this component.
