Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today.
All rooms were in ratio during the inspection.
Children were observed playing on the playground, completing an art project, participating in circle time, sleeping, playing with a variety of toys, and singing happy birthday to a classmate.
5 child and 1 staff records were reviewed.
Emergency evacuation drills, shelter-in-place drills, lockdown drills, emergency and first aid supplies, injury reports and allergy lists were all in compliance today.

Based on a review of documentation, infants who cannot turn themselves over have not been placed on their stomachs for 30 minutes a day.
