Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 1/9/2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:25 a.m and ended at 12:30 p.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 74 children present and 14 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 5 staff records. This inspection included document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
