Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 9/16/2025 The on-site inspection began at 10:30 AM and ended at 12:00 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 73 children present and 14 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The child day center shall obtain an out-of-state sex offender registry check for each employee that has resided outside of the state of Virginia within the last five years.

Staff shall submit a subsequent tuberculosis (TB) screening every two years for the date of the initial screening.
