Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 7/17/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:13AM and ended at 12:16PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 85 children present and 17 staff. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 staff records on-site. This inspection included ? document review (i.e. Injury logs, policies and procedures, emergency drill logs, medication administration logs, authorization forms), tour of the facility, interviews, and observations (this would include observations of photos, recordings, etc.)
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
