Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 1/14/25 and completed on 1/14/25 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office relating to staff/child interactions. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
