Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 6 2022 between 9:30am and 11:30am. There were 79 children in the direct care of 13 staff members. New staff records were reviewed. Child records, owner records, the facility, and the evacuation plan were reviewed and inspected. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
