Inspector Notes

A combined complaint and renewal inspection was conducted on August 3 2022 between 12:00pm and 1:15pm. On July 27 2022, the Fairfax Licensing Office received a complaint regarding the center being out of compliance with the regulations. Based on the preponderance of evidence, the allegation of broken equipment was found to be not-valid.

There were 102 children in the direct care of 17 staff members. Children's records, staffing records, the fire inspection, evacuation drills, and the physical space was reviewed and inspected.
