An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/27/2025 and completed on 08/29/2025 in response to a self-reported incident received by the licensing office on 8/25/2025 relating to staff and child interactions. The inspector reviewed 1 children?s records and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
