Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on September 7 2023 between 11:30am and 12:30pm. There were 10 children (20points) in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Children were observed eating lunch, washing hands, dancing, having circle time, and preparing to go home. Caregivers provided positive reinforcement throughout the inspection. A review of household records, caregiver records, child records, evacuation drills, emergency plans, and the physical space was conducted. No violations were observed during this inspection.
