Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted April 9 2024 between 10:45am and 11:30am. There were 12 children (24 points) in the care of the provider and the assistant. Children were observe having recess time, puzzle time, and creating and completing long term Pablo Picasso art projects. Staff records, child records, emergency supplies, emergency drills, and the home was reviewed and inspected. Citations are listed on the violation notice. Based on record review, the provider did not ensure that an individual has a current certifications in cardiopulmonary resuscitation within the past two years.

Evidence: Staff #1 certification expired March 2024. Staff #2 does not currently have the certification.
