Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 10/14/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:35 AM and ended at 11:55 AM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above There were 8 children present and 2 caregivers. The point total was 16 points. The inspector reviewed five children's records and 5 caregiver/household records on site.
This inspection included:

Violations

Standard 8VAC20-800-500-C
Stationary outdoor playground equipment shall not be installed over any hard surface.
The areas encompasing the fall zones of the geodesic dome, sliding board and ladder climbers have become hardpacked earth.
Plan of Correction: Provider response:
We have planned to add mulch over the ground around the fall zones of the climbing equipment to provide soft surfacing.
