Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on 4/1/2026 and completed on 4/1/2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 3/25/2026 relating to forbidden actions. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 1 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
