Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on February 6, 2023 between the hours of 1:10 pm and 3:10 pm. There were 40 children present, with 6 staff supervising within the supervision guidelines. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 4 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

5Evidence: Child #4 has a start date of 1/3/23 and there is no documentation of immunization on file.
Evidence: Child #4 (start date 1/3/23) did not have documentation of a physical examination on file at the time of inspection (2/6/23).
Evidence: Mulch is barely covering the dirt under and around the swing/slide and climbing equipment.
Evidence: The Fireflies class (ages 4-6) had eleven (11) children with one (1) teacher supervising.
Violation corrected during the inspection.
Evidence:
1. The Fireflies (age 4-6) class did not have daily attendance documented for the arrival of children in care at the time of inspection.
2. The Dragon Flies class (age 4-5) did not have daily attendance documented for the arrival of each child in care.
