This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.

A complaint inspection was initiated on 08/18/2021, 08/20/2021 and concluded on 09/09/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of staffing and supervision, and special care and emergencies. Four staff interviews were conducted relating to the allegations. The information does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be "not valid".
