Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A non-mandated inspections were conducted on November 4, 2021, and November 16, 2021. A self-reported incident was received by the department regarding allegations in the areas special care and provisions. The director was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. Two staff interviews, video footage and virtual classroom observations were conducted. There were no violations found during the investigation.
The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the self-report of non-compliance with the standard or law.
