Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed from 11:00 until 12:20. There were 13 children and 3 staff present.

The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 staff records and 5 children?s records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violation were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, an area of the center outside was not maintained in a safe condition.
Evidence:
1. The fence on the playground was loose at the bottom causing an tripping and entangling hazard.
Plan of Correction: The fence will be secured at the bottom.
