Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated and completed on 10/16/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:45 and ended at 12:30. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 18 children present and 5 staff.
The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program
Violations
2There 3-5 protruding nails on the wooden ramp that children use to enter and exit the building.
There was a bottle of bleach under the kitchen sink, the supply closet was unlocked with cleaning supplies stored an upper shelf such as a bottle of Fabuloso , and the changing table room area had a disinfectant stored on an upper shelf unlocked.
