An unannounced modification inspection was completed on September 8, 2021, approximately from 9:30 am to 9:50 am. The physical plant was observed. Provider received approval from Fairfax County Zoning Division for a maximum capacity of 12 children. Inspector evaluated space designated for use of operation.
