Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 9/16/22. There were 10 daycare children and 1 resident child (26 points) present, with 3 caregivers supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed playing with toys, eating lunch brought from home and getting diapered. Handwashing was observed. There were no children with medications on site. A total of 4 children's records and 2 caregiver's records were reviewed. The licensing inspector discussed separating toys as appropriate by the ages of the children in care.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. For any questions regarding this inspection, please contact me at mahrukh.aziz@doe.virginia.gov or 571-835-4718.
