This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review and interviews.

A complaint inspection was initiated on 5/17/21 and concluded on 7/7/21. A complaint was received by the department regarding allegations in the area of behavior guidance. The center owner was contacted by telephone to conduct the investigation. The inspector emailed the center owner a list of documentation required to complete the investigation and telephone interviews with staff were conducted. The information gathered during the investigation determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
