Inspector Notes

The provider and the assistant are present with 4 children during this renewal inspection. A total of 10 points. Observed the children eating lunch. They space is set up with many areas to explore and lots of interaction was observed between provider and children. Today's lunch was observed the assistant had made a stew with rice, veggies and chicken, the children also had peaches and apples.
A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection.

Based on the review of the providers CPR certificate, the provider failed to update the CPR certification.
Evidence: The provider and assistants CPR certification expired on 7/1/22
