Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/10/24 from 8 am to 9:05 am. The provider had no children in care at the beginning of the inspection. One child arrived for about 10 minutes but then left for a dentist appoint. A second child arrived about 15 minutes before the inspection ended. The provider has a large space for the children with sleep areas and a separate crib room. Lots of supplies for exploration. A violation notice was given to the provider along with this inspection summary. Reviewed 2 caregiver records as well as 4 children's records. Please call me at 703-203-8659 or email me at pernille.brandt@doe.virginia.gov if you have any questions regarding this inspection.
