Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.

A monitoring inspection was initiated on 08/13/2021 and concluded on 08/16/2021. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 11 children present, with a point total of 21 and the provider and one assistant supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of three children's records and one staff record were reviewed.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
