Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/3/2023 from 11:30 am to 1:05 pm. Nine children, ages 6 months to 4 years (total of 24 points) were in care with two caregivers. The Licensing Inspector reviewed three children?s, two caregiver records, and other program records. The children were observed in quiet play and napping.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Child 3 began attendance on 11/30/2022 and the record does not have documentation of a physical examination.
EVIDENCE:
A reading with a digital thermometer showed the water temperature at the sink children use was 123 Fahrenheit.
