Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on October 22, 2024 and completed on October 22, 2024 with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on October 21, 2024 relating to allegations of care and supervision of children. The inspector reviewed 2 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household members record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.

The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. Though not a part of the original complaint, violations that were not reported were found related to personnel, administration, and background checks are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
