Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 8, 2024 approximately 11:00 am to 11:30 am. There were 6 children directly supervised by 1 staff. The physical plant, 1 household record, 2 children?s records, medications, evacuation drill were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
