An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on November 19, 2024 and completed on November 26, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 1:30 pm and ended at 1:55 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were two children present and 1 caregiver; the point total was 5. The inspector reviewed 1 child?s records and 3 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site on November 19, 2024.
This inspection included document review and tour of the facility. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
